What is Houston Community Collel?
Houston Community Collel is committed to encouraging and enabling limud hatorah in the Houston community. Based on the Rebbe’s directives regarding Mitvtzah Talmud Torah, Houston Community Collel facilitates weekly Torah learning in both one-on-one Chavrusas, and group Shiurim.
